Born and raised in the vibrant island of Barbados, Corlisle began her culinary journey at the age of 9, learning the art of cooking from her grandmother. Inspired by the rich colors, diverse people, and lively culture of Barbados, Corlisle has always infused her cooking with the island's bold, distinctive flavors. After moving to the United States, she worked as a nurse by day but continued to nurture her passion for food, creating Caribbean-inspired dishes for her family and friends.
